Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - West Virginia (WV)

Job Summary:

Able Minds ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering top-tier ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in assessing, designing, and implementing individualized treatment plans to help children achieve their full potential. Our team is passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care, and we're committed to empowering families with the tools and support they need to thrive.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Design and implement behavior analytic treatment programs, including creating and modifying protocols as needed
• NO CASELOADS- Offering in-person supervision for clients while they have another BCBA overseeing the caseload.

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Ability to travel to client homes and facilities as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
