ools. This contract role supports schools in delivering effective behavioral interventions and supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of 10-12 students across multiple school levels including elementary, middle, and high school
• Provide direct behavior analytic services and implement individualized behavior plans
• Supervise 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), offering guidance and performance oversight
• Collaborate with educational staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support positive student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection consistent with professional standards
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and licensure requirements
Qualifications:
• Active BCBA licensure and National Certification required
• Experience providing services in school settings preferred
• Strong supervisory skills with previous experience managing RBT caseloads
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques tailored to diverse student needs
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Location: Ringgold, GA (serving schools in the Chattanooga, TN area)
