About the Role We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead and support a team of dedicated behavioral health professionals. As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll oversee clinical services, guide therapeutic strategy, and ensure our standards for care and documentation are met. This role blends leadership, mentorship, and hands-on clinical expertise to ensure our clients receive the care they deserve. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of clinicians providing behavioral health services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Conduct clinical assessments and help design individualized treatment plans. Oversee data collection and analysis to track patient progress and inform treatment decisions. Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation, including assessments, evaluations, and treatment records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create effective, evidence-based treatment strategies. Mentor clinical staff and provide training on behavioral therapy best practices. Stay up to date with regulatory and organizational guidelines to maintain compliance across services. What We're Looking For Required:
Direct experience working with children in behavioral health settings is required. A strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques, especially for developmental disabilities. Knowledge of medical records management and documentation standards. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Empathy, professionalism, and a client-centered mindset. Completion of at least 12 units of a Master's-level program in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work). Preferred:
