Job Description

Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school levels in an on-site, full-time position. You'll work 1:1 with students, making a meaningful difference alongside a passionate school team committed to fostering growth and success. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification
• Experience supporting students in grades K12
• Previous 1:1 work with children or adolescents, preferably in educational or behavioral health settings
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators and families
• Adaptable approach to meet individual student needs and adjust strategies in real-time
• Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic about working on-site in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct, 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to assigned students
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and supervised by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect accurate data and report on student progress and behavior
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate behavioral strategies into classroom routines
• Support students' social, emotional, and academic growth through consistent intervention
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere
