Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Odessa, Texas is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 support to children with autism and related developmental disabilities. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for full-time employment as caseloads grow.
The RBT will implement treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, collect data, and collaborate with families. Applicants should have an active RBT certification and experience in ABA therapy.
