Role Overview
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in assessing patients referred for therapy related to speech, hearing, and language difficulties. Your expertise will help patients enhance their ability to make sounds, improve their voice, and develop both oral and written language skills, facilitating effective communication.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering skilled speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
• Assessing patient needs, planning and evaluating care, and adapting interventions to meet therapeutic goals.
• Setting realistic goals for patients to develop or regain communication and swallowing abilities, enabling them to thrive educationally, vocationally, and socially.
