Qualifications & Experience:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and license required
• Previous experience working with children in elementary, middle, or high school settings preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
• Compassion, patience, and the drive to contribute to every student's success
• Background check and relevant clearances required
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs as outlined by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Record and report data on student behavior and progress toward goals
• Work 1:1 with students to address behavior, social skills, and academic needs
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support teams to adapt and refine student plans
• Support classroom instruction and adapt strategies to fit varying learning styles
• Foster a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment for all students
