The Practice Manager is the face of DSP at the clinic level. You will provide visible leadership inside the clinic, support staff and families in real time, and partner closely with clinical and administrative leadership to ensure workflows, priorities, and operational projects move forward effectively.

This is not a desk-only position. While meetings and coordination are part of the role, presence, sound judgment, and consistency in the clinic are essential. The Practice Manager moves fluidly between people-facing leadership and operational oversight, ensuring that systems support the work happening on the floor.

• Being physically present in the clinic to support staff, families, and daily operations
• Making real-time operational decisions when staffing gaps, schedule changes, or family concerns arise
• Supporting smooth clinic flow, transitions, and communication across teams
• Coordinating with administrative staff on scheduling, staffing needs, and workflow alignment
• Participating in operational meetings and following through on action items
• Identifying breakdowns in systems early and helping implement practical, sustainable solutions

This role requires comfort balancing immediate needs with long-term operational consistency.

• Fluent in Spanish (required)
• Experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, or similar role
• Strong organizational and systems thinking skills
• Experience with scheduling in healthcare or therapy settings preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and EMR systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Serve as a consistent and reliable point of contact for staff and families
• Maintain visible presence in the clinic and support daily flow

• Address concerns directly and escalate appropriately when needed

• Coordinate workflows between clinical staff and administrative teams
• Support staffing alignment and protect schedule integrity

• Monitor clinic systems and identify areas for improvement
• Communicate clearly across teams to prevent breakdowns before they happen

Experience in clinic-based environments such as ABA, healthcare, education, or other service-driven settings is strongly preferred.Experience in ABA is helpful but not required.
