Job Description
RightWay ABA, located in Clifton, NJ, is seeking a devoted Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver in-home and center-based ABA therapy for children aged 2-18. Ideal candidates will work hands-on with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans while collecting data to track progress. The company offers support and training to ensure BTs develop into Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
