About the Role
You'll work directly with children to provide behavioral supports, skill development, and guidance. You'll collaborate across therapy disciplines, supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, and help children reach their goals in a fun, engaging environment.

What You'll Do

Conduct behavioral assessments, observations, and research to guide treatment plans
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support each child's progress
Maintain professional documentation in compliance with agency standards and the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code
What You Bring

Master's Degree in a human service field
Current BCBA certification
Minimum one year of experience supporting children with delays or disabilities (preferred: ABA experience with children with autism)
Valid Illinois driver's license & insurance
