Job Description

In this role, you will:
• Assist in BCBA level activities such as conducting assessment, program development, data analysis
• Receive training and ongoing support in various ABA-treatment models such as discrete trial teaching, Early Start Denver Model, and pivotal response training
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA
• Receive weekly supervision and support from Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Receive safety and crisis management training
• Support clients in various developmental areas, including social-communication, language, play, motor, cognitive, and independent living skills
• Travel to assigned client locations using reliable transportation (public transportation or Uber/Lyft are NOT considered reliable transportation).

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with special needs
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a variety of environments: home, school, and clinic settings
