Job Description

You'll be expected to maintain accurate and timely medical records, uphold professionalism, and follow infection control and safety procedures, particularly when handling sharps and body fluids. If a particular protocol is not in place, you'll be responsible for leading the clinic and supervising subordinate medical staff, with an emphasis on teaching and guiding rather than using demeaning language or behavior. Flexibility for cross-training and occasionally performing tasks outside your normal scope of practice is also required. You'll observe, identify, and act on what is needed to advance the clinic in a way that reflects the organization's values and vision.

Founded in 2006, HealthCARE Express employs about 400 people across Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. We operate 16 urgent care facilities, a specialty clinic, and a medical billing department. Our unique culture emphasizes personal growth, work-play balance, and community service. Each year, our urgent care locations treat approximately 230,000 patients, and we support our communities through monthly service projects.
Shifts & Pay:
12 Hour Shifts
Salary - $65/hour & up (Depending on Experience)
