About the Role
• Provide remote therapy to adult clients (18+), using evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Manage a caseload of 7-20 therapy and consultation sessions each week.
• Utilize data to guide effective treatment and modify approaches based on client progress.
• Work collaboratively with other mental health providers and refer clients when necessary.
• Ensure progress notes and documentation comply with HIPAA and state regulations.
Requirements
• Licensed in Tennessee as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or hold a PhD or PsyD as a Licensed Psychologist.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
• At least six months of experience in teletherapy.
• Availability for 8-24 hours per week, spending 85% of your time in client sessions.
• Commitment of at least 1 hour per week for the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes monthly for ongoing support.
• Proficient in clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress.
• Willingness to engage in training for clinical assessment, differential diagnosis, and DSM-5 criteria for diagnostic evaluations.
• Experience with an electronic health/medical record system for documentation purposes.
• Must be licensed and in good standing with your licensing board.
