Job Description
The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Tustin, CA. In this role, you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural environments, supporting their skill development and behavior goals under BCBA supervision.
The ideal candidate must have a High School diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old. The role involves using play-based strategies and collecting data while having the flexibility to work a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Previous ABA experience is not required, as training will be provided.
