Your Role Will Involve:
• Making a positive impact in the life of a child!
• Implementing individualized behavior plans and protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with their guidance
• Collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress
• Providing one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
• Maintaining a safe, respectful environment for clients and staff
• Helping children develop essential life skills including motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living skills, potty training, and social/emotional skills
• Frequent movement including getting up and down off the floor and moving quickly
• Learning new skills daily, working independently, and delivering the highest quality care
Requirements:
• A minimum of 6 months of documented experience working with individuals with special needs
• High energy, playfulness, and creativity
• Dependability: being someone clients and their families can rely on
• Ability to frequently get up and down off the floor and move quickly
• Reliable transportation for traveling to client homes and various locations
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn data collection software and use basic office applications
• A strong interest in working with evidence-based methods supported by science

- •Competitive hourly pay: $19.50 - $24.00
