• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and establish accurate diagnoses.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Offer both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and coordinate referrals to additional services.
• Maintain precise, confidential records documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Perform additional duties as required to support the facility's mental health program.
What you must have:
• Licensure: Active LMFT license in California (newly licensed professionals are encouraged to apply).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
