Suggested 1 year of experience in a therapy facility or related field and/or a student enrolled in a therapy curriculum program. Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training is preferred. Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or the desire to obtain certification through additional training and supervision. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload. Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience. Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.
