Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a collaborative and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our clinical team in Fayetteville, North Carolina . This is an on-site position , and we are open to both full-time and part-time candidates based on availability and clinic needs.

The SLP will provide speech and language assessment and intervention services to pediatric clients, many of whom are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. This role works closely with an interdisciplinary team, including BCBAs and other therapy providers, to support individualized, child-centered care.

This position is ideal for an SLP who values evidence-based practice, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language evaluations and ongoing assessments

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide direct therapy services in an on-site clinic setting

Collaborate with ABA and clinical teams to support client progress

Document services, progress, and outcomes in accordance with professional standards

Communicate effectively with caregivers and team members

Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and coordination

Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

Active or eligible North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license required

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates may be considered

Experience working with pediatric populations preferred

Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred

Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary clinical teams

Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice

Compensation

Full-time salaried position: $75,000-$85,000 per year , based on experience
