In this role, you’ll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in community settings while following individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance and tracking progress through accurate data.

Pay: $24 - $29 / hour

Schedule Availability Requirement: Part-Time, Monday - Friday between 4pm - 7pm (schedule varies within this window based on client needs) and occasional weekends as needed

Required Training Availability: All new hires must be available for two weeks of onboarding training, which includes:
• Virtual sessions from 9am to 1pm
• In-person shadowing from1pm to 4pmor4pm to 7pm

Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and approved community settings
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision
• Follow individualized treatment plans
• Collect and recordaccuratesession data
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and families
• Attend scheduled supervision, training, and staff meetings

Skills & Qualifications
• High school diploma or GEDrequired
• Minimum1 year of ABA experiencepreferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel locally between clinic and in-home sessions
• CPR certificationrequired - reimbursement available after first 90 days of employment!
• TB testrequired
• Proof of auto insurancerequired
• Ability tolift up to 40 pounds and respond quickly for client safety
• Ability to pass background screening
• Active RBT certification, strongly preferred
• Enrollment in BCBA orBCaBAcoursework is a plus
