Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat children with speech, language, and communication challenges.
• Create and implement personalized therapy plans that make progress fun and achievable.
• Track and document each child’s progress accurately.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and teachers to support carryover at home and school.
• Mentor and supervise SLPAs and therapy assistants as needed.
• Stay current with best practices in speech therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.

Who we are:

Speech Improvement Center is a private practice specializing in pediatric population (ages 1-18). We provide speech language services, as well as early intervention and child development services. We have 14 locations in CA. Ask us about our other locations :)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
