What You’ll Do:
• Implement 1:1 direct behavioral therapy in clinic and home
• Collect ongoing data on client’s programs
• Help build communication systems (AAC, PECS) with our non-verbal and emerging-verbal clients
• Collaborate with the clinical team to tailor ABA treatment plans, ensuring they are personalized to meet the unique needs of each individual
• Support with daily living and personal care routines—including toileting, hygiene, and self-care skills—using structured, individualized ABA strategies to promote independence.
• Ensure clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
• Provide behavioral support and respond to challenging behaviors when necessary
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:
• HS Diploma
• Experience working with children (personal/professional)
• WA state driver's license
• Insured, reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to Lynnwood for training
• Must be able to lift and carry clients when needed
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients
• Ability to work M-F, MWF, or Tues/Thurs
Ideal Candidates:
• Individuals who love working with children
• Bilingual? AWESOME!
• Candidates with a current CBT or RBT certification
• Experience in ABA
• Teacher aides or Paraeducators (we have part-time hours available after school)
• Direct Support Professionals and Respite Workers
