We 9re offering a competitive salary of $85,000-$100,000** per year, along with a sign-on bonus for **eligible** candidates.
Kids First is expanding - with two clinics in New York and growth into five additional states - and we 9re currently hiring BCBAs to join our team as we continue increasing services at our Amherst/Buffalo Clinic!
Please note: This is an in-person position based out of our Amherst, Buffalo clinic and is not a remote role.
We do believe in manageable caseloads, building strong teams between BCBA 9s and BTs for a long-term sustainable service for the families we provide services, along with a full support to our BCBA 9s in-house, so they can focus on the quality of services.
What You 9ll Do:
Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children (ages 3-18).
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
Collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.
Mentor and support your team through ongoing feedback and professional development.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow BACB best practices.

• NY LBA is required.
• You must live in the Buffalo area.
The sign-on bonus applies to candidates who also possess a valid Medicaid ID and/or are bilingual (speaking languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or Bengali).
