• ~30% administrative and leadership responsibilities

This is not a fully administrative role — candidates should be comfortable maintaining a consistent caseload while supporting team growth and operations.

What You’ll Do
• Provide treatment and evaluations for pediatric patients (ages 2–6, many with ASD)
• Oversee clinical operations across multiple sites (ABA centers, schools, in-office)
• Mentor and support SLPs and CFYs
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
• Ensure clinical quality and consistency across locations
• Collaborate with ABA teams and partner organizations
• What We’re Looking For
• CCC-SLP required
• Strong pediatric experience (early intervention + ASD preferred)
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Comfortable managing both a caseload and administrative responsibilities
• Organized, proactive, and team-oriented
