Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled ABA Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with clients, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to promote positive behavioral changes and skill development. We will pay for and help you obtain your RBT certification!

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in a clinic setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Assist in developing communication, social, and life skills.
• Maintain detailed session notes.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to support client success.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Experience working with children, individuals with ASD, or behavioral challenges is a plus.
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
