At Little Sprouts Therapy, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. We believe in meeting each child where they are, supporting meaningful skill development, and partnering closely with caregivers. Our approach is relationship-based, child-centered, and rooted in evidence-based ABA practices.
We are currently seeking a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing in-home team. What You’ll Do
• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in the child’s home and approved community settings
• Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention programs developed by a supervising BCBA
• Use naturalistic, play-based, and routine-based teaching strategies to support communication, daily living, social, and emotional skills
• Collect accurate and timely data to track progress and inform clinical decision-making
• Collaborate with caregivers to promote consistency and carryover of skills
• Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team collaboration
• Maintain professionalism, ethical standards, and HIPAA compliance at all times
What We’re Looking For
• Lives in or near the service area
• Prior ABA experience preferred (1–2 years ideal), but not required
• Experience working with children is required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification (training provided)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Comfortable using technology (tablet/iPad for data collection)
• Physically able to engage in play-based and movement-based activities
• Open to feedback, learning, and professional growth
