About the Role
We are seeking a passionate BCBA Intern who is actively pursuing certification and eager to grow into a confident, skilled clinician.
In this role, youll work alongside experienced BCBAs, gaining hands-on experience while helping children and families reach meaningful, lasting progress.

This is more than a clinical training roleits a leadership development opportunity. As a BCBA Intern at Odyssey Autism, you will:

Responsibilities
Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Assist with assessments and individualized treatment planning Collect, track, and analyze client data Collaborate with caregivers and RBTs to ensure consistent care Participate in supervision, training, and professional development
Requirements
Masters degree (or final semester) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Actively pursuing BCBA certification and supervision hours RBT certification preferred, not required Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Passion for supporting children with autism and their families
Compensation & Benefits
