Responsibilities:
Design and implement ABA therapy programs for children with ASD in a home-based setting
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
Supervise and train Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate records and reports, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing documentation
Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA therapy and industry developments
Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy, preferably in a home-based setting
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
