Requirements
• Must be a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or a Respiratory Therapist (RT)
• Leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of sleep lab operations and DME
• Travel to all locations required
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise techs and manage daily/nightly sleep lab operations
• Develop and implement tech training programs
• Provide hands-on support and mentorship across locations
• Perform RPSGT duties as needed
• Educate patients on sleep disorders and PAP/DME equipment
• Ensure staff maintain certifications and CEUs
• Manage inventory, supply orders, and operational tasks.
