This is a home-based ABA therapy position. Services are delivered in the child’s home; you’ll be working in the natural environment where children learn and grow best.
Why Work with Advanceable ABA?

What You’ll Do as a Behavior Technician (RBT)

As a Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll help children with autism reach important goals — while staying engaged, playful, and active.
• Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Track progress through accurate session data and notes
• Communicate with families and your clinical team to support success
• Stay physically active during sessions — sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
Schedule & Hours

• Paid Training
• Flexible scheduling
• Paid time off (PTO)
• License/certification support
