Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions

Qualifications

Experience as an ABA Therapist or experience working with children or individuals on the autism spectrum preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be able to communicate comfortably in Spanish.

Willingness to learn and a strong passion for helping children with Autism

Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations

Reliable transportation

Services are provided in clients’ homes and community-based locations

All positions begin as part-time

Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course is required

Minimum six-month commitment required

Paid training is provided; no prior ABA experience is required
