Responsibilities:
• Assist with patient intake, including taking vital signs and updating medical histories
• Enter patient information accurately into the EMR system
• Support physicians in clinical procedures and patient assessments
• Maintain exam rooms, stock supplies, and ensure a clean, organized environment
• Work as part of a team, seeing 40-50 patients per day alongside five other Medical Assistants
• Cross-train on front desk duties as needed (though dedicated front desk staff are in place)
• Provide excellent patient care and uphold high professional standards
Qualifications:
• Medical Assistant certification (preferred but not required)
• 2 years of experience in back-office duties within a medical setting
• Familiarity with EMR systems and strong documentation skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Prior experience in pain management is a plus but not required

- •Pay Rate: $16 - $18 per hour (based on experience)
