Qualifications

Responsibilities
- •Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- •Supervise paraeducators and other ABA providers while providing ongoing training and support
- •Build district capacity to support students experiencing behavioral challenges
- •Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
- •Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
- •Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
