Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Part‑Time Afternoon Schedule → Full‑Time Opportunity
$25–$28 per hour | Paid Training | Drive Time + Mileage Reimbursement
Locations:
Fremont, Union City, Newark, Hayward

What You’ll Do
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Support skill development in communication, social interaction, daily living, and independence.
• Collect accurate session data using our clinical technology systems.
• Collaborate with families and clinical leaders to deliver high‑quality, ethical care.
Training & Clinical Support
• Paid onboarding and clinical orientation.
• Ongoing supervision by BCBAs in accordance with BACB requirements.
• Access to continued learning, feedback, and mentorship.
• Strong clinical infrastructure focused on quality and clinician support.
Schedule & Service Areas
Schedule:
Part‑time (12:00‑7:00 PM). Opportunity to expand into afternoons and build a full‑time schedule.
Service Areas:
Fremont, Union City, Newark, Hayward.
Requirements
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background check and employment screenings.
• Passion for working with children and families.
