Job Overview:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in our center-based program, you will play a crucial role in delivering early intervention therapy for our young learners. Each child will receive dedicated 1-on-1 ABA therapy, overseen by a BCBA. Many of our clients also benefit from Speech Therapy alongside ABA and Occupational Therapy. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional Speech Therapy services, collaborate with our clinical team on case management, and help ignite our learners' potential.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of up to 23 clients
• Conduct quarterly parent training for each client
• Provide parent training following evaluations or reevaluations within one month
• Meet the requirement of 40 thirty-minute sessions (20 billable hours) weekly
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Board Certified Behavior Analysts for shared client therapies
• Participate in scheduled team meetings
• Ensure strict client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Maintain open communication with families and clinical teams to achieve effective treatment goals
• Please note: Working with young children may require diaper changing and assistance with toileting, as well as the ability to physically engage with children on the floor.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Speech Therapy licensure in the relevant state(s)
• Experience that meets ASHA Certification for Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in early intervention working with children with autism
• Availability from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Success in completing federal, state, and county background checks

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit, kneel, crawl, squat, run, or stand for extended periods
• Ability to reach and hold objects
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
