Job Description

As a Floating BCBA - Multi-State Licensed, the full-time remote position will manage a caseload of clients across various regions, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing training to RBTs while ensuring high-quality interventions for children with autism.
Key responsibilities

Conduct thorough individualized skill and behavior assessments using various assessment tools
Develop and oversee customized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific needs
Provide ongoing professional development and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to enhance their skills

Required qualifications

Must reside in CA, WA, AZ, CO, TX, or VA and be willing to obtain licensure in all MeBe states
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
At least 2 years of documented telehealth service delivery with proven clinical outcomes
Active BCBA certification and ability to pass a background check are required
Experience supervising RBTs or BTs across multiple sites or virtual teams is preferred
