Responsibilities

Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs

Collect and record data using electronic systems to monitor progress

Maintain accurate session notes and uphold confidentiality standards

Collaborate with BCBAs, Program Managers, and other clinical staff

Assist in preparing therapy materials and session activities

Participate in ongoing supervision and continuing education to maintain RBT certification

Qualifications

Active RBT certification through the BACB (required)

High school diploma or GED; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

CPR certification and TB test (required)

Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
