Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in a school or educational setting
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to track and document behaviors accurately and thoroughly
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to supporting student growth
Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Support students throughout the school day, reinforcing positive behaviors and providing redirection or interventions as needed
• Collect and record reliable data on student behavior and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote strategies for student success
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
• Adapt intervention strategies to meet each students unique needs and circumstances
