Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and other professionals in delivering ABA therapy services to clients with autism
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to supervisees to ensure high-quality services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure effective communication and care coordination
• Conduct client assessments, progress monitoring, and data analysis to inform treatment decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and research to continuously improve services
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional client outcomes
Requirements:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis 9ABA), Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA therapy services, with a focus on autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on client care and safety
