Little Land Pediatric Therapy is a multi-disciplinary pediatric clinic focused on helping children grow through engaging, high-quality therapy. Our clinics are designed to be welcoming, energetic, and family-centered, with teams that are committed to excellence and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SLPs and SLPAs
• Set and maintain high clinical standards and documentation quality
• Partner with OT and PT leadership to deliver integrated care
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new clinicians
• Drive team performance, accountability, and engagement
• Work closely with leadership to support clinic expansion and success
• Help build a strong, positive, and growth-oriented team culture
What You Bring
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP license (or ability to obtain)
• Pediatric experience required; outpatient experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience, or readiness to step into leadership
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
