Role Overview:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT), you will provide direct ABA therapy services in both clinic and home environments under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills using structured teaching and positive reinforcement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic and/or home settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect accurate behavioral data during each session
• Communicate client progress and observations with your clinical team
• Complete timely session notes and documentation
• Support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical ABA standards
• Build positive relationships with clients and families

Qualifications:
• Active RBT certification OR willingness to obtain certification (training provided)
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule:
• Flexible part-time and full-time positions available
• Clinic and home-based sessions available
• Afternoon and after-school hours (Monday–Friday)
• Occasional weekend availability based on client needs
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability

Compensation:
• $20–$26 per hour
• Paid training and ongoing professional development opportunities
