What You’ll Do
As a Center Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our ABA therapy centers, ensuring everything runs seamlessly for staff, clients, and families. This role combines leadership, organization, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing daily administrative operations and ensuring smooth workflows
• Supporting compliance with safety protocols and company policies
• Coordinating with clinical and scheduling teams to support staff and families
• Managing office inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
• Leading event planning, center tours, and family engagement activities
• Supervising maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of the center
• Preparing reports, correspondence, and handling confidential information (HIPAA compliance)
• Acting as the go-to support for staff, clients, and families at your center

Minimum Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience in a related field (administration, customer service, compliance, or management)

• Experience in Behavioral Health field
• Associate’s degree or higher in a related field
• Bilingual in English and in Spanish
