What You’ll Do

As a Center Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our ABA therapy centers, ensuring everything runs seamlessly for staff, clients, and families. This role combines leadership, organization, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing daily administrative operations and ensuring smooth workflows
• Supporting compliance with safety protocols and company policies
• Coordinating with clinical and scheduling teams to support staff and families
• Managing office inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
• Leading event planning, center tours, and family engagement activities
• Supervising maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of the center
• Preparing reports, correspondence, and handling confidential information (HIPAA compliance)
• Acting as the go-to support for staff, clients, and families at your center

Minimum Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience in a related field (administration, customer service, compliance, or management)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in compliance, management, sales, or customer service
• Experience in Behavioral Health field
• Associate’s degree or higher in a related field
• Bilingual in English and in Spanish

Skills You’ll Bring:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and general computer skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
• Friendly, reliable, and a true team player

Physical Requirements

This role requires moving around the center, walking, standing, bending, and reaching to ensure the space is safe and organized. Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs), extended computer use, and some local travel for meetings or events may be required. Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends is a plus.
