We are a family in Escondido seeking a warm, professional, and experienced Special Needs Caregiver for our daughter on a long-term basis. This is not a seasonal position — we are looking for someone who will become a consistent, trusted presence in her life.

• Familiarity with data collection and behavioral therapy techniques
• Knowledge of medical documentation and HIPAA compliance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
