What You’ll Do
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs and behavior technicians
• Oversee data collection, analyze progress, and adjust programming as needed
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care
• Ensure ethical, evidence based ABA practices aligned with BACB standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet all compliance requirements
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities

What We’re Looking For
• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
• Strong clinical judgment and experience developing ABA treatment plans
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Reliable transportation for community based sessions
• Massachusetts requirements for background checks and clearances must be met

Responsibilities

  • A growing behavioral health team is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high quality clinical oversight, supervision, and treatment planning for children and adolescents receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services
  • This role offers flexibility in schedule, strong administrative support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community
