Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Staten Island, NY | Afternoon Shifts

Position Details
• Pay: $25 – $30/hour (based on experience & certification)
• Schedule: Part-time | Afternoon/Evening shifts (approx. 4–7 PM)
• Location: In-home ABA therapy within Mercer County, NJ
• Reports to: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

What You’ll Do
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members.
• Foster a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.

✅ What You’ll Need
• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain (we’ll help!)
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Reliable transportation for local travel within Mercer County
• Ability to pass background check
