Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental diagnoses. We focus on improving communication, behavior regulation, adaptive skills, and social development through structured, data-driven ABA programming.

Your Role:
• Assist in conducting assessments and implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collect, analyze, and report data to monitor client progress
• Support parent training and caregiver education initiatives
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
• Active state licensure (if applicable)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate ABA services
