Job Description

Minimum Requirements
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Iowa state SLP license or ability to obtain state license prior to start.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Assignment Details
• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift: Days.
• Electronic medical records: Net Health and Clinicient.
• Productivity expectations: Typically around 82%–85% for travelers.
