HireCare Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. This part-time role offers flexibility, professional growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families across Greenville, NC, and surrounding areas. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work helps children reach important developmental goals through structured teaching, play, and positive reinforcement. You will:
Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills Collect accurate data during each session Share updates and progress with your BCBA team Complete clear and timely session notes Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards What We're Looking For:
Active RBT certification — or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided) Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred) Strong communication, patience, and professionalism Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently High school diploma or equivalent (required) Work Schedule:
Part-time and full-time positions available Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday-Friday; optional weekend availability as needed) 15-25+ hours per week, based on your availability and client needs Compensation:
