• Manage and support transitions to new processes or systems.

• Ensure all research activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications: • Graduate from an accredited institution of higher education with a Medical Degree (MD)

• Board Certification in Hematology Oncology

• 2-4 years Clinical Research and/or Oncology experience

• Must possess a current and valid license in the State of Arkansas or willing to obtain/eligible

• BLS & ACLS

• CCRP, CCRC, CCRA, or equivalent preferred but not required
Working Hours: • Full-Time

• Monday - Friday

• 8 AM - 5 PM
Skills: • Graduate from an accredited institution of higher education with a medical degree.

• Proficient with research regulations and industry standards.

• Proficient in computer skills including EMR and Microsoft Office.

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.

• Maintain continuing education hours as required.

• Maintain all licenses, certifications, and qualifications current as required.
