Job Responsibilities: • Oversee and control financial resources to ensure optimal allocation and usage.
• Ensure high standards and consistency in research processes.
• Create and design new procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

• Address and resolve disputes to maintain a productive work environment.
• Engage with and contribute to the local community and relevant stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative environment to achieve common goals.
• Develop and implement effective communication practices.
• Actively involve and motivate staff in the team mission.
• Strengthen team dynamics and cohesion through targeted activities and support.
• Conduct performance evaluations to assess and improve individual and team effectiveness.
• Develop future leaders within the organization.
• Encourage and integrate new ideas and approaches to advance department dynamics.
• Manage and support transitions to new processes or systems.
• Continuously enhance processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Define and articulate the strategic direction and long-term goals.

• Utilize data-driven methods for optimizing staff allocation and roles.
• Ensure all research activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications: • Graduate from an accredited institution of higher education with a Medical Degree (MD)
• Board Certification in Hematology Oncology
• 2-4 years Clinical Research and/or Oncology experience
• Must possess a current and valid license in the State of Arkansas or willing to obtain/eligible
• BLS & ACLS
• CCRP, CCRC, CCRA, or equivalent preferred but not required
Working Hours: • Full-Time
• Monday - Friday
• 8 AM - 5 PM
Skills: • Graduate from an accredited institution of higher education with a medical degree.
• Proficient with research regulations and industry standards.
• Proficient in computer skills including EMR and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Maintain continuing education hours as required.
• Maintain all licenses, certifications, and qualifications current as required.
