We are an ABA Therapy company working with children with Autism. We are actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including employee evaluation, orientation, and recruiting. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and experience with HR software systems to enhance our HR operations and foster a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage the employee evaluation process, ensuring timely feedback and performance assessments.
- Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement affirmative action plans that promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
- Workers Comp Claims and prioritize staff safety
- Oversee various HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Assist in the development of training programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
Skills
- Strong project management abilities to oversee multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HR software systems for efficient data management.
- Experience in conducting employee evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
- Knowledge of affirmative action planning principles to support diversity initiatives.
- Excellent data collection skills for analyzing employee metrics and improving HR processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
