POSITION SUMMARY :
South Jersey

Counties(not limited to): Atlantic, Cumberland, Camden and surrounding counties.

Example Service Areas Include (but are not limited to):

Mays Landing, Vineland, Port Norris, Oaklyn, and surrounding communities.

Therapists are assigned cases within approximately 20–30 minutes of their location.

The ABA Therapist (RBT/BT) provides in-home support to children and adolescents, helping them develop essential skills and improve behaviors. Working under the guidance of a BCBA, the ABA Therapist implements personalized therapy plans and collaborates with families to foster the child's growth.

Responsibilities
• Implement behavior modification and skill acquisition programs, as directed by BCBA.
• Report successes, challenges and questions to the supervising BCBA.
• File medical and crisis incident reports.
Requirements
• Ability to read and write English.
• High school diploma and one ABA‑related course (ex. RBT training) (recommended).
• Experience in education or autism-related field (recommended).
• Ability to work hands‑on with children.
Essential Knowledge and Skills
• Knowledgeable about basic ABA terms (training will be provided).
• Knowledgeable about data collection software (training will be provided).
• Works collaboratively with coworkers and clients’ families.
• Follows supervisor directions and treatment plan, and asks questions when needed.
• Patient and compassionate, especially while working with clients exhibiting challenging behaviors.
• Goal‑oriented and organized.
• Acts professionally in a variety of environments.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and the needs of the client.
